Zoho Books Consultant
1-3 Years📍 MumbaiFull-Time
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients implementing and using Zoho Books. This role combines accounting understanding with hands-on software configuration and client consulting.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and configure Zoho Books for new clients, including chart of accounts, tax settings, and integrations
- Train clients on Zoho Books features relevant to their business workflows
- Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and provide ongoing support
- Document standard configurations and best practices with the internal team
- Stay updated on Zoho product updates and communicate relevant changes to clients
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (1+ years preferred)
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals (journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements)
- Familiarity with GST in the context of accounting entries
- Clear written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent accounting qualification
- Zoho Certified Consultant certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Zoho Payroll or Zoho Expense is a plus
Account Executive
0-2 Years📍 MumbaiFull-Time
A foundational role for someone who wants to build a serious career in accounting and compliance. You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping and GST filings while developing broader advisory skills over time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for assigned clients in Zoho Books
- Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and query resolution
- Support preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries
Skills Required
- Working knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfort working with accounting software (Zoho Books training will be provided)
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage multiple client files
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Prior internship or articleship experience in a CA firm or accounting role
- Familiarity with the GST portal and TRACES
Chartered Accountant
2-5 Years📍 MumbaiFull-Time
A senior delivery role for a qualified CA who wants to move beyond routine compliance into meaningful advisory work. You’ll lead client relationships, review team output, and contribute to service development.
Responsibilities
- Lead tax and compliance engagements: income tax returns, GST assessments, TDS compliance
- Review finalised accounts, audit support schedules, and financial statements
- Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring, business decisions, and regulatory matters
- Mentor junior team members and review their work output
- Identify process gaps and contribute to internal SOP development
Skills Required
- CA (ICAI) qualification — mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Act, GST, and the Companies Act
- Experience managing client relationships independently
- Comfortable using cloud accounting tools and digital workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or industry finance role
- Exposure to Zoho Books or other cloud accounting platforms
- Interest in business advisory beyond core compliance
Client Success Executive
1-3 Years📍 Mumbai / HybridFull-Time
The Client Success Executive ensures our clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their engagement. You’ll act as the communication bridge between clients and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Own client communication across onboarding, ongoing service delivery, and issue resolution
- Track engagement milestones, pending documents, and compliance deadlines for assigned clients
- Prepare and share monthly status updates, compliance calendars, and summary reports
- Coordinate with internal accounting and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery
- Identify cross-service opportunities and present relevant options to clients
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills — able to track multiple clients and timelines simultaneously
- Basic understanding of business compliance (GST, MCA, income tax) preferred
- Comfort with productivity tools, CRMs, and cloud-based platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, or equivalent; MBA is an advantage
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management in a professional services firm
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms
